The Aviation Licencing System is another software system that was designed by Digital Transtec Ltd. The system facilitates the licencing of personnel under regulation by a Aviation authority and is widely used through-out the Caribbean.

The Aviation Registry System is designed to facilitate the management of Aircrafts registered with an Aviation Authority. It allows for the assigning of Registry Marks and manages the entire life cycle of the Registration Process, inclusive of continuos monitoring of the air worthiness of the aircraft.

A primary concern of Aviation Authority is ensure that the Regulations that govern its operation conforms to the Standards and Recommended Procedures (SARPS) as released periodically by the International Civil Aviation Authority. This System is designed to ease and automate the process by which these Regulations are maintained.
